Warner V-94-13
Dear Mr. Govoni:
As the record may. reflect, this office represents Mr. & Mrs.
Lawrence E. Warner. Said
Variance Decision was recorded with the Town Clerk on February
22, 1994, and the appeal period with respect thereto ran March
14, 1994, at which time said Variance became operative. Due to
various circumstances arising out of the planning and proposed
development of that lot for single family residential purposes, .
the Warners do not anticipate the ability to undertake
substantial construction by the date upon which the Variance
Decision will expire.
Under the circumstances, the Warners do hereby request that
the Board of Appeals, in the proper exercise of its discretion,
extend the tomo and conditi^•ns of t: ^ for additional
.. ariarce c an a... c a
six (6) month period.
Should you require my appearance at the Zoning Board of
Appeals to discuss this issue in greater detail, please advise.
Thank you in anticipation of your cooperation in this regard.
WinM.
ours,
rane
KMK/kp
cc: Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence E.
