Leach - SP-95-2 <br /> A Petition was filed by George C. and Marion P. Leach of Mashpee, MA for a <br /> Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand an <br /> existing non-conforming dwelling with an 8' x 20' addition on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 30 Overland Road (Map 114, Block 10)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 23 and December 30, 1994, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 11, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Kenneth E. <br /> Marsters and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the Applicant and present plans for the house <br /> addition. He explained that the Conservation Commission has approved the addition and <br /> that the dwelling has been restricted to two bedrooms by the Board of Health. No <br /> comments were received from abutters. <br />
