Partnership for a Modification of a Special Permit SP-95-10 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fields Point Ltd. Partnership of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Modification of Special Permit 86-04-024 to allow the renovation and expansion of <br /> retail space in Building#5 of Mashpee Commons formerly occupied by Puritan Clothing. <br /> The property is located in a C-1 zoning district at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74, <br /> Block 20) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 6 and January 13, 1995, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall.on <br /> Wednesday, January 25, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Kenneth E. <br /> Marsters and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> John Renz of Fields Point presented plans for the conversion of the space formerly <br /> occupied by Puritan Clothing into three separate stores and remodeling of the exterior. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. He informed the Board that the Design <br /> Review Committee had approved the plans. <br />
