McNutt - V-95-7 <br /> A Petition was filed by Patricia F. McNutt of Cotuit, Massachusetts for a Variance <br /> from Sections 174-11 and 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the construction of a <br /> single family dwelling on an unpaved road on a lot transected by a zoning district <br /> boundary between C-2 and R-3 on property located at 21 Quippish Road (Map 55, Block <br /> 6)Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 6 and January 13, 1995, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January <br /> 25, 1995 at the Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and <br /> Kenneth E. Marsters. <br /> Tony Bexter represented the applicant and informed the Board that there are three <br /> existing houses on Quippish Road and that this is the last vacant lot.
