Gerard Keen SP-95-23 <br /> A Petition was filed by E. Gerard Keen of Glastonbury, Connecticut for a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the expansion of a pre- <br /> existing non-conforming dwelling with a 16' x 23' house addition and a 12' x 16' deck on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 426 Monomoscoy Road (Map 124, Block 51) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 20 and January 27, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 8, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for the <br /> house addition and a 12' x 16' deck addition. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> The Board was informed that the Conservation Commission had approved the plans. <br />
