Gerard Keen - V-95-13 <br /> A Petition was filed by E. Gerard Keen of Glastonbury, Connecticut for a Variance <br /> from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the <br /> setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 426 Monomoscoy <br /> Road (Map 124, Block 51)Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 20 and January 27, 1995, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 8, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for the <br /> house addition and deck. He explained that the proposed deck addition will not encroach <br /> any farther on the wetlands at the rear but that existing setback is 10'. <br />
