EXHIBIT "A" <br /> Section 174-28A prohibits non-compliance with, inter alia, <br /> setbacks; Section 174-31 (Note 14) requiring 75' front setback and <br /> one access driveway; Section 174-40 regarding proximity of <br /> accessways; Section 174-16 (options for incentive zoning <br /> districts) ; Section 174-17 continuance; extension; alterations to <br /> lawfully create its structures or uses not conforming with the <br /> provisions of the Zoning By-Law; Section 174-22 requiring use <br /> compliance in accordance with Section 174-25, subsections E . (1) and <br /> F. (1) to enable the conduct of a gasoline service station and <br /> convenience store, and as required/permitted under Section 174-24 <br /> A. (4) and C to enable construction - of a building or addition <br /> containing less than 1, 000 square feet involving any construction, <br /> additions or land alterations involving a non-conforming use by the <br /> Board of Appeals; to enable the conduct of a combination retail <br /> gasoline and merchandise (convenience) store upon premises <br /> constituting a lawful pre-existing, non-conforming gas station and <br /> automotive service repair business; to permit the alteration, <br /> construction and removal of certain non-conforming signage and <br /> construction of new signage pursuant to Section 174-51, 174-55 and <br /> 174-17 . <br />
