The proposed <br /> business will be located at the rear of the Flower `n Fern Florist shop in the Davy's Locker <br /> \ - Restaurant building. <br /> v Thomas W. Brooks. Jr. - Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174- <br /> 25.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the expansion of a garage. The Building Inspector <br /> has recommended the transfer of living space from an existing cottage to a garage on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 15 Sturgis Lane(Map 20, Block 27) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mobil Oil Corporation -Requests a Variance from Sections 174-30, 174-31, 174-40 and <br /> 174-55 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to eliminate the 20' setback requirement <br /> between buildings and to vary the signage and setback requirements on property located in <br /> a C-1 zoning district at 548 Falmouth Road (Map 74, Block 14A) Mashpee, MA. <br /> v Mobil Oil Corporation -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-22, 174- <br /> 24.A.4, 174-24.C, 174-25.E.1, 174-25.F.1, 174-51 and 174-55 for permission to expand a <br /> pre-existing non-conforming gasoline station. The applicant proposes to eliminate <br /> automotive repairs and to renovate and expand the station to include a convenience store <br /> and to construct a canopy over proposed new gasoline dispensing pump islands. The <br /> application includes requests for new signage.
