Tobin of Olubpee <br /> T <br /> • 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> e MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> `y4 STABL= <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Mobil Oil Corporation SP-95-28 548 Falmouth Road <br /> Map 74, Block 14A <br /> A Petition was filed by Mobil Oil Corporation on February 24, 1995 for a Special <br /> Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-22, 174-24.A.4, 174-24.C, 174-25.E.1, 174-25.F.1, <br /> 174-51 and 174-55 for permission to expand a pre-existing non-conforming gasoline <br /> station. The applicant proposed to eliminate automotive repairs and to renovate and <br /> expand the station to include a convenience store and to construct a canopy over <br /> proposed new gasoline dispensing pump islands. The application includes requests for <br /> new signage. The property is located in a C-1 zoning district at 548 Falmouth Road (Map <br /> 74, Block 14A)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, 1995, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Sections 6 and 9 and Sections <br /> 174-17, 174-22, 174-24, 174-25, 174-51 and 174-55 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
