Board of Appeals Mobil Oil Corporation SP-95-28 4. <br /> 2. to construct a canopy over proposed new gasoline dispensing pump islands <br /> 3. remove two existing streetfront signs and install one new streetfront "Mobil" <br /> sign on Falmouth Road <br /> 4. install one sign on Great Neck Road subject to the approval of the Design <br /> Review Committee <br /> 5. allow the removal and replacement of various light poles and fixtures <br /> 6. remove concrete island with vacuum unit and relocate <br /> 7. add a 6'2"x 26'9" addition to existing building along right rear wall <br /> 8. install new multi-product dispensing units; lighting, concrete mats and fire <br /> extinguishing systems in connection with overhead canopy and new fuel <br /> dispensers <br /> 9. remove existing waste oil and fuel storage tanks (if any) <br /> 10. remove existing stockade fence and guide rail at the rear of building and install <br /> new fencing <br /> 11. redesign north side of southerly curb cut per Massachusetts Highway <br /> Department <br /> 12. install "no left turn"or.other appropriate signage on curb cut or island nearest <br /> the rotary in accordance with the recommendations of the Mashpee <br /> Department of Public Works and the directives of the Massachusetts Highway <br /> Department. <br /> 13. remove portions of existing concrete pad and bituminous concrete at building <br /> front <br /> 14. install handicap ramp <br /> 15. install new underground storage tanks. <br />
