' j= Tobon of Aubpee <br /> 16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> AA6E�" <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision <br /> for a Special Permit <br /> Re: Diane Cloutier TR. for a Special Permit SP-95-24 470 Main Street <br /> Map 27, Block 21 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 10, 1995 by Diane Cloutier TR.of Hyannis, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-55 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for a dog grooming business and additional signage on property located in a C-2 <br /> zoning district at 470 Main St. (Map 27, Block 21)Mashpee, Massachusetts. The <br /> proposed business will be located at the rear of the Flower 'n Fern Florist shop in the <br /> Davy's Locker Restaurant Building. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10,1995, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 6 and 9 and Sections <br /> 174-17 and 174-55 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws <br /> Ms. Cloutier represented her Petition and explained that she will be using the same <br /> size sign which had been approved for the florist business but adding a section for the dog <br /> grooming business. The business will be for dog grooming only. <br />
