Huntington- V-95-36 35 Bayshore Drive <br /> Map 108 Block 44 <br /> An application was Sled on April 10, 1995 by Myles D. and Mary T. Huntington <br /> of Franklin, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the front yard setback requirements on property in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 35 Bayshore Drive (Map 108, Block 44)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 5, 1995 and May 12, 1995, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 24, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Kenneth E. Marsters <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws.. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the Applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> subject lot is part of a 1984 subdivision which had stipulated building lines on the lots. He <br /> explained that the Conservation Commission wanted the proposed house moved closer to <br /> the street than the building fine to provide a natural buffer at the rear of the lot. He <br /> explained that a sideline Variance was also required due to a relocation of the proposed <br /> house. <br />
