Hayden SP-9547 26 Cross Tree Way <br /> Map 112, Block 24 <br /> A Petition was Sled on May 31, 1995 by John A. and Janet L. Hayden of Sudbury, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> existing pilings, ramp and float in Popponesset Creek on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 26 Cross Tree Way(Map 112, Block 24) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 9 and June 16, 1995, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 28, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Kenneth E. Marsters. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-25.I.9 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Hayden represented his application and explained that he was applying for an <br /> amnesty license for an existing pier. He explained that the Conservation Commission and <br /> Harbormaster had approved the plans. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
