SP-95-48 95 Popponesset Island Road <br /> Map 112 Block 31 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 9, 1995 by Northworks Properties Inc. of Worcester, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Popponesset Creek in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located at 95 Popponesset Island Road (Map 112, Block 31) <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 7, 1995 and July 14, 1995, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 26, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-25.I.9 of the Town of Mashpcc Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and reviewed plans for a 50 foot <br /> dock with a 6' x 20' float. He explained that the Conservation Commission had approved <br /> the plans subject to the Special Permit from the Board of Appeals. No comments were <br /> received from abutters. <br />
