Crowley 108 Uncle Percy's Road <br /> Map 117, Block 248 <br /> i A Petition was filed on October 3, 1995 by John D. and Carol A. Crowley of <br /> Danvers, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the setback and lot coverage requirements on property located in an R- <br />' 3 zoning district at 108 Uncle Percy's Road (Map 117, Block 248) Maslrpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 6, 1995 and October 13, 1995, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 25, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicants and informed the Board that the <br /> subject lot was located on the corner of Uncle Percy's Road and Nick Trail and was <br /> subject to the front yard setback requirements on two streets. He stated that the owner <br /> wishes to build a deck 12.5 feet from Nick Trail and a shed 10 feet from the rear property <br /> line which will result in lot coverage of 24%. Comments were received from a direct <br /> abutter who had no objections to the plan. <br />
