The Board determined <br /> that the lot had been in separate ownership at the time it became non-conforming and was <br /> entitled to be built upon. The Decision was filed with the Town Clerk on January 24, <br /> 1995 and was effective after the 20-day appeal period on February 13, 1995. I understand <br /> that the Decision is valid for one year but may be extended for six months if application is <br /> made before the expiration date. <br /> I hereby request a six month extension of the Decision to allow for construction on <br /> the lot by August 13, 1996. <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> /�/ <br /> Elizabeth R.
