MacLeod - V-94-18 <br /> A. Petition was filed by Donald R. MacLeod of Seekonk, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-32 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to allow construction of a single family <br /> dwelling on an unpaved road in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 87 Punkhorn Point Road (Map 100 , Block <br /> 7 ) Mashpee, Massachusetts . Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 4 and <br /> February 11 , 1994 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was scheduled on the Petition for <br /> February 23, 1994 and was cancelled due to weather and <br /> rescheduled for March 9 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P .M. at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael A. <br /> Makunas, Edward M. Govoni and Cheryl A. Hawver . <br /> Theresa MacLeod represented the applicant and <br /> explained that their 2 . 7 acre lot which contained an <br /> existing dwelling and garage had been subdivided into two <br /> lots and they planned to construct a single family dwelling <br /> on the vacant lot. The lot exists on an unpaved ancient <br /> way. No comments were received in favor or opposed to the <br /> Variance . <br />
