Khouri for a Special Permit SP-94-28 <br /> A Petition was filed by Marion J. Khouri of North <br /> Falmouth, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174 25 . ^. l of the Zoning By-laws to operate an Oriental pug . <br /> cleaning and repair business in an I-1 zoning district on <br /> property located at 92 Industrial Drive (Map 88 , Block 32 ) <br /> Mashpee , MA. ( Owners of record: George H. Twomey and .. <br /> Rot:ert W, Harris ) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> MLssachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 25 and Aprii 1 , <br /> 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, April 13, 1994 at 7 : 30 P .M. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : Michael A. Makunas, <br /> Edward M. Govoni and Jamie Regan. <br /> Ms . Khouri informed the Board that the business would <br /> be a pick up and delivery of oriental rugs which would be <br /> cleaned by an extracting machine using minimum water. Sh.e <br /> expia?.ned that the cleaning material used is non-hazardous <br /> and there will be no liquids discharged into the ground. <br /> Comments were received from the Board of Health stating that <br /> they had no objections . <br />
