Weeks SP-94-27 2 . <br /> Special Permit Criteria: . <br /> Sections 174-25 .E. 1 allows for the retail sale of <br /> merchandise, provided that all display, storage and sales of <br /> materials are conducted within a building and there is no <br /> manufacturing or assembly on the premises. Section <br /> 174-25 .F. 2 of the By-laws allows for the sale or rental of <br /> automobiles , boats and other motor vehicles and accessory <br /> storage . <br /> Findings : <br /> 1 . The site is located in a C-1 zoning district . <br /> I2 . The proposed uses are allowed in the C-1 zoning <br /> district by Special Permit from the Board of <br /> Appeals . <br /> 3 . There is adequate parking at the rear of the <br /> building if the applicant can obtain written <br /> approval for its use from the owner. <br /> 4 . The use shall not have a negative impact on <br /> traffic flow as conditioned with the restriction <br /> of bicycle use into the rotary. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on April 13, 1994 to grant the <br /> Special Permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1 . the applicant must submit written approval from <br /> Fields Point Ltd. Partnership for the use of parking spaces <br /> at the rear of the building <br /> 2 . any bicycle rentals directly from the site must <br /> exit to Great Neck Road South only and not be used on the <br /> rotary. <br />
