Board of Appeals Cape Cod Coffee SP-94-34 2 . <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings : <br /> 1 . The subject property is a 3. 60 acre commercially <br /> zoned property at 348 Main St. <br /> 2 . Retail sales are an an approved use in the C-2 zoning <br /> of the subject property with a Special Permit . <br /> 3 . The subject property contains enough square feet to <br /> meet the requirements for parking spaces . <br /> The Board found that the proposed use would not be a <br /> detriment to the neighborhood and was in harmony with the <br /> purpose and intent of the Zoning By-laws . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on April 27 , 1994 to grant the Special <br /> Permit . The Permit is subject to the condition that the owner <br /> submit a parking plan to the Building Inspector . <br /> T <br />
