Partnership - SP-94-35 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fields Point Ltd. Partnership of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections <br /> 174-51 .D, 174-55 .0 and 174-57 .B of the Zoning By-laws to allow <br /> signage to exceed 20 square feet and increase the number of <br /> entry signs to the North Market Street shopping center on <br /> property located in a C-2 zoning district at 39 Nathan Ellis <br /> Highway (Map 74, Block 22 ) Mashpee, Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters *in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 8 and April 15, <br /> 1994, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 27 , 1994 at 7 :30 P .M. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Edward M. <br /> Govoni and James E. Regan III . <br /> Douglas Storrs of Fields Point represented the Aplication <br /> and presented plans for signage at the entry of North Market <br /> St. He explained that these have been reviewed with the Cape <br /> Cod Commission, the Planning Board and the Design Review <br /> Committee . The Board was informed that the Selectmen have <br /> approved placing the signs on a part of Town property.
