Board of Appeals Fields Point Ltd. Partnership SP94-35 2. <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings: <br /> 1 . The subject property is a 15 .1 acre commercially <br /> zoned property in the North Market Street section of <br /> Mashpee Commons . <br /> 2 . New signs exceeding twenty ( 20) square feet require a <br /> Special Permit from the Board of Appeals and the <br /> Board found that the proposed signs were consistent <br /> in design with those used in the adjacent shopping <br /> center. <br /> 3 . The proposed signage identifies the shopping center <br /> and the Board determined that two signs at each of <br /> the two entrances were easily visable to passing <br /> traffic. <br /> 4 . The proposed signage has been approved by the Design <br /> Review Committee, the Mashpee 'Planning Board and the <br /> Cape Cod Commission. <br /> The Board found that the proposed signage would not be <br /> a detriment to the neighborhood and was consistent with <br /> signage of adjacent shopping centers. The Board found that the <br /> use is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the <br /> by-laws and complies with the general provisions set forth <br /> within. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on April 27 , 1994 to grant the Special <br /> Permit . The Permit is referenced by plans of Clifford Selbert <br /> Design. <br />
