Falmouth, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the setback <br /> requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br /> at 134 Algonquin Avenue, (Map 65 , Block 42 ) Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication. in The Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 24 and May 31, <br /> 1 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> l hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, June 8 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P .M. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : Edward M. Govoni, <br /> James E . Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver . <br /> i <br /> Engineer Bob Raymond presented plans for a proposed <br /> dwelling to be constructed with a front setback of 26 ' from <br /> Algonquin Avenue . He explained that the Conservation <br /> Commission had requested that the house be moved forward on <br /> the lot to avoid the vegetated wetlands at the rear . <br />
