Jacobson Senior N;,1 <br /> Center, 500 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:38 6vEil�p;;a <br /> p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 1996, by the Chairman, Anthony <br /> Ferragamo. <br /> ;, a fS <br /> di1i:A}. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Anthony Ferragamo, 4 <br /> Chairman; Patrick Coffey, vice Chairman; Martine Meijering, <br /> Clerk; Dennis Balzarini and Robert Govoni. <br /> Absent: John Kuchinski, Associate Member. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith <br /> Assistant Town Planner. <br /> Discussion <br /> Joe Breen-Possible Preliminary Plan Submission-Land off Route 28 +� - <br /> Representation: Joseph Breen; Michael McGrath. �� • �`' <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> 11. <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he recognized <br /> Michael McGrath. <br /> Mr. McGrath presented a Plan entitled, Preliminary Plan <br /> Prepared for Joseph Breen in Mashpee, MA. , dated September 18, <br /> 1996, Holmes & McGrath, Inc. ,Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, A;;� <br /> 200 Main Street, Falmouth, MA. <br /> Mr. McGrath stated that Lot 5-12 . 64 acres would be conveyed !N <br /> to the Town of Mashpee as a gift. He further stated said Plan <br /> was being presented for Discussion purposes, not as a formal <br /> filing at this point. He said that he has had conversations with <br /> the Town Planner, Tom Fudala, who suggested adding more of a <br /> contiguous buffer at Whitings Road. iIPI <br /> Mr. McGrath further stated the Mr. Breen would be requesting <br /> a Waiver of the 800-foot turn around. The Plan cannot be filed <br /> until the Deeds have been accepted. He said he was seeking Board „�•���;�� <br /> acceptance of the proposed design. Making reference to said Plan F" •+riii ' <br /> he requested the use of the existing entrance and stated that <br /> Mashpee Water District has installed a pipe and required valves <br /> across the road. There are to be twenty-eight (28) single family <br /> units, replacing the one hundred and eighty (180) units <br /> Previously <br /> P y permitted (which Special Permit has lapsed) . elli <br /> Mr. McGrath stated that the Open Space would be deeded to <br /> the Town as well. <br /> I r•: <br />
