Jacobson Senior Center, <br /> 500 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:40 p.m. <br /> on Wednesday, November 6, 1996, by the Vice Chairman, Patrick <br /> Coffey. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Patrick Coffey, Vice <br /> Chairman; Martine Meijering, Clerk; Dennis Balzarini; and <br /> John Kuchinski, Associate Member. Ilr <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner. <br /> Release of Covenant <br /> Marilyn Crowley-George and Mary Tsoris <br /> Candlewood Lane, Conamet Highlands <br /> The Vice Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called <br /> the Meeting to order. As the first order of business he ,v., .. <br /> addressed the above captioned matter and recognized Marilyn r <br /> Crowley. - <br /> , i <br /> Marilyn Crowley, Realtor, representing George and Mary ` <br /> Tsoris, Owners. Owners have requested she list their property, r <br /> Lot 16, South Sandwich Road (Lot 17 and 21) . Reference was made <br /> to Plan, Conamet Highlands, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Chairman, Anthony Ferragamo, arrived at the Meeting at this <br /> point (6 :43 p.m. ) and presided over the Meeting thereafter. `'' <br /> Ms. Crowley stated that she has been in contact with both <br /> the Town Inspector and Town Planner. It is her feeling this lot <br /> should be released, it is located on South Sandwich Road, it has <br /> utilities and pavement. (There was some discussion regarding <br /> paving, electric and telephone utilities. ) <br /> it <br /> The Town Planner informed Ms. Crowley of a prior Board ''t , <br /> practice of only releasing lots that had minimum required 33. <br /> frontage on a paved road. Lots 16 and 17 are: under same owner- <br /> ship, separate building lots, essentially one lot. <br /> The Chairman asked Ms. Crowley for a basis on which she feM- <br /> feels the Board should release said lots from the Covenant. He j,iE ; <br /> asked if security has been posted in order to release. He „y;i� ' <br /> 5 i <br /> suggested the infrastructure be developed to a point where !r <br /> releases could be granted, or performance guarantees. The <br /> Chairman suggested these standards have not been met. aN i <br />
