Jacobson Senior Center, <br /> 500 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:40 p.m. .' <br /> on Wednesday, December 4, 1996, by the Chairman, Anthony <br /> Ferragamo, Chairman. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Anthony Ferragamo, °1jt <br /> Chairman; Martine Meijering, Clerk; Dennis Balzarini; and <br /> Robert Govoni. <br /> gh!h <br /> Absent: John Kuchinski, Associate Member. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner. = <br /> Discussion ; . <br /> Manufacturers Edge/Kirby Thwing <br /> Woodworking Center-Possible Planning Board Special Permit <br /> u4 <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he recognized <br /> the above captioned matter and informed Board Members of his wish <br /> to step down from the Discussion due to what could be considered <br /> a conflict of interest due to the fact he owns real estate which <br /> is for sale in this district. The Chairman asked the Town <br /> Planner to advise the Planning Board of the status. The Chairman <br /> left the Meeting at this point. <br /> Mr. Fudala informed Board Members of an application filed <br /> with Board of Appeals for nine thousand (9, 000) square feet of <br /> building on a site of twenty-two (22) acres. Said application <br /> was referred to Town Counsel as to whether or not the matter p <br /> should be presented before the Planning Board. The Town Planner ,` <br /> has been informed this date (December 4, 1996) , by Board of <br /> Appeals that Applicant has withdrawn the application for both the '' ;;' <br /> Special Permit and variances.
