Any Appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts <br />General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. <br />This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County <br />Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next <br />business day, after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal period, which extends through <br />.......
