Christo <br /> 54 Bayberry Drive (Map 23 Parcel 202) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2022-04 <br /> 6. Conditioned that any and all changes to the plans will require the applicant to return <br /> to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> 7. The plan will clearly depict the maximum amount of bedroom allowed under this <br /> Written Finding to be three (3). <br /> 8. Prior to submittal of a building permit from the Town of Mashpee, the applicant <br /> will amend the plan and clearly depict that the driveway is on the applicant's land <br /> in totality, and not on the abutter's property. Said plan will be submitted to the <br /> Zoning Board for signature. <br /> 5 <br />
