I . 9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow <br /> the construction of a pier , ramp and float in Ockway Bay <br /> to replace an existing dock in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 85 Punkhorn Point Road (Map 100 , Block <br /> 8 ) Mashpee , MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise , a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on June 24 and <br /> July 1 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, July 13 , 1994 at 7 : 30 P .M. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : Edward M. <br /> Govoni , John J . Friel and Kenneth E. Marsters . <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicant <br /> and presented plans for the construction and maintenance <br /> of a pier , ramp and float . He explained that the owner <br /> has received an order of Conditions from conservation . <br />
