Hendler with respect to a Special Permit Application <br /> and a Variance Application to alter and expand their pre- <br /> existing, non-conforming residential structure at 156 Popponesset <br /> Island Road. <br /> The Board acted favorably upon the Application for a <br /> Special Permit permitting that alteration expansion, and the <br /> appeal period relative thereto has expired.
