Board of Appeals Elizabeth R. Petti -N.O.A. 94-57 3. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS, <br /> 1. Lot 8 was not held in ownership separate from the other Petti lot at the time it <br /> became non-conforming in 1959. It was held in common ownership with Lot 7 by <br /> Alfred V. and Mane E. Boursy. <br /> 2. It is the opinion of the Board that Lot 8 is not a validly protected separate lot <br /> since it was not in separate ownership. <br /> 3. It is the opinion of the Board that Lot 8 is not entitled to a Building Permit. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on January 11, 1995 to deny the Appeal of the Building Inspector's Decision without <br /> prejudice. <br />
