§ 17424 ZONING § 17424 <br /> D. Plan re%iew approvals issued under Subsection B shall not <br /> expire until such time as the project is altered or, if caning is <br /> changed before a building permit is issued, for one (1) year <br /> from the date of the zoning change. <br /> R Changes in plans approved under Subsection B may be <br /> authorized by the Building Inspector without refiling, <br /> provided that thev do not include a change of use and provided <br /> that deviations do not include building footprint increase`: or <br /> inerease- in impervious cover of more than ten percent <br /> or one hundred (100) square feet,. whichever is less, q,,d <br /> provided tha:. in the opinion of the Building Inspector, t',•;ey <br /> are in substantial conformance with the originally approved <br /> proposal. <br /> G. Notwith_mnding any other provisions of this chapter, no new <br /> school, hospital, theater or place of public assembly shall be <br /> erected or p--rrnitted within the Otis A.N.G.B. Accident <br /> Prevention Zone as shown on a map entitled "Otis A.N.G.B, <br /> Accident Prevention Zone" and dated January 1987, which <br /> Map is on file in the office of the Tbwn Clerk and which shall <br /> be considered part of this Zoning Bylaw.
