Efron TRS. for a Special Permit SP 94-79 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mark R. Efron of Sharon, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws to license and maintain a <br /> pier, ramp and float in Great River on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 358 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120 , <br /> Block 109 ) Mashpee . MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise , a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on October 7 <br /> and October 14 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, October 26 , 1994 at 7 : 30 <br /> P.M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : James E. Regan <br /> III , Kenneth E. Marsters and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> Engineer J.E. Landers-Cauley represented the <br /> applicant and presented plans for a 4 ' x 60 ' pier, 4 ' x <br /> 10 ' ramp and 3 6 ' x 11 ' floats . Comments were received <br /> from the Harbormaster requesting that the pier be <br /> shortened and the size of the floats be reduced. Comments <br /> were received from an abutter opposed to the length of the <br /> pier . The applicant agreed to review plans with the <br /> Harbormaster . Revised plans for the dock were presented to <br /> the Board at the December 14 , 1994 meeting. <br />
