Vitale for a special Permit SP 94-91 <br /> A Petition was filed by Gary D . Vitale of Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under section <br /> 174-25 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for a proposed seasonal <br /> dock in Sa9tuit Pond on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 67 Edgewater Road ( Map 23 , Block 124 ) Mashpee , <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 25 , <br /> and December 2 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday. December 14 , 1994 at 7 : 30 <br /> P .M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : James E. Regan <br /> III , Robert G. Nelson and Kenneth E . Marsters . <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicant and <br /> presented plans for a seasonal dock. He explained that the <br /> Conservation Commission had approved the plans pending the <br /> Special Permit from the Board of Appeals . No comments were <br /> received from abutters . <br />
