Michael Hayward for a Special Permit SP 94-90 <br /> A Petition was filed by C. Michael Hayward of <br /> Harvard, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . 2 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> construct, license and maintain a proposed pier , ramp and <br /> floats in .Popponesset Bay on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 187 Daniel ' s Island Road (Map loo , <br /> Block 37 ) Mashpee , MA. ( Owner of record: C. Michael and <br /> Sonia M. Hayward ) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> ` general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 25 , <br /> and December 2 , 1994, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, December 14 , 1994 at 7 : 30 <br /> P.M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout : Edward M. <br /> Govoni, James E . Regan III and Kenneth E . Marsters . <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicant and <br /> presented plans for a new pier, ramp and floats with a <br /> length of 68 ' from mean high water . He explained that the <br /> new float plan would conform to the Conservation <br /> Commission guidelines of maximum float size of 200 sf . <br /> Comments were received from the Shellfish Constable in <br /> favor of the plans . <br />
