Board of Appeals Minutes - April 28, 1993 6. <br />Minutes. - Mr. Friel moved to accept the minutes of the <br />meetings of January 20, March 10 and March 24 and to add <br />the comments of Attorney Lane to the minutes of the January <br />20 meeting. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Legal standing - Mr. Makunas reviewed information from the <br />meeting of the Mass. Federation of Planning and Appeals <br />Boards which said anyone can appeal a Building Inspector's <br />decision to the Board of Appeals but that only those <br />directly impacted by a project have standing with Superior <br />Court. <br />Enforcement - There was discussion of the sale of flowers <br />on Easter and Mr. Friel said these were violations of the <br />by-laws. Mr. Makunas said that formerly the Building <br />Inspector permitted uses once the Board had voted a Special <br />Permit. Mr. Friel said the Police Department should <br />receive copies of Special Permits which may require <br />enforcement. He said memos should be sent for enforcement <br />and that owners of the property should be cited. <br />Attorney Gildea - Stated he did not wish to withdraw his <br />Appeal on the Macaluso lot in the event that the Variance <br />• is appealed. He said he would withdraw after 20 days. <br />Huberman - Mr. Borselli said they could not reach a <br />compromise. Mr. Makunas moved to take the application <br />under advisement and review at the June 9 meeting. He said <br />the Board would review written correspondence and proofs of. <br />ownership, etc. Mr. Makunas said that the Trustee of the <br />N.S. Green Nominee Trust must sign an ownership document. <br />Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn at 9:40 P.M. Mr. Makunas <br />seconded.
