Mr. Hauck showed the Board Se`. eral p1anS from <br />the Assessors files. <br />Several abutters appeared voicing their opposition and requesting that the wishes of <br />forty voters in the area be taken into account <br />Since parcel 53 is to be presented to Town Meeting in October for rezoning, it was <br />suggested that the application should be withdrawn. The meeting w•as delayed f or a <br />few minutes so that Mr. Doherty could prepare the withdrawal request In',•mt;ng. <br />John Friel made a motion to accept a withdrawal without prejudice. Mr. Govoni <br />• seconded. All agreed. <br />(_r?dffirk G. Bohnen' ger -Appeal to Planning hoard of Anneals - Mr. Bohnenberger <br />appeared before the Board for an informal discussion regarding the disagreement <br />between himself and the Buiiding Inspector. Mr. Bohnenberge wishes to put in <br />foctings without forms and Par. Hauck requires formed footings. Mr. Hauck suggested <br />that the proper avenue for the grievance is the Building Code Appeals Board.
