TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />November 22, 1993 <br />The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Monday, <br />November 22, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Board Members present and acting throughout were: John W. <br />Friel, Michael A. Makunas and Edward M. Govoni. Building <br />Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. <br />Mr. Friel explained that there were no public hearings and <br />that matters to be discussed were under advisement. <br />Donald Priestly - (Advisement from November 10, 1993) <br />Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant a Variance on lot size, frontage <br />and setback requirements for 287 Hooppole Road (Map 49. <br />• Block 112). Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Variance for lot size, <br />frontage and setzack requirements for 32 Hilltop Road (Map <br />49, Block 119) with the condition that 28 Hilltop Road (Map <br />49, Block 118) be used in the calculation of square footage <br />and that only one residence be constructed on the combined <br />lots. Mr. Govoni seconded. Mr. Govoni seconded. A11 agreed. <br />James B. Gamble - (Advisement from November 10. 19931. <br />Mr. Govoni reviewed the elevations and reviewed them with <br />Mr. Hauck. Mr. Govon•: moved to grant the Special Permit and <br />reference with the elevations as well as the engineered <br />plans. Mr. Makunas seconded. Ali agreed. <br />• <br />
