West of Hebron . <br /> Connecticut . for permission to vary the front setback <br /> requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br /> at 26 Russell Road (Map 120 . Block 29 ) Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A . Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee,. ° on January 26 and <br /> February 2 . 1993 . a ..c.opy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday . February 10 , 1993 at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : John J . Friel , Michael A . <br /> Makunas and Edward M. Govoni . <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the aoplicant and <br /> informed the Board that the lot had been created in the mid <br /> fifties and predated zoning . Written comments were received <br /> from Building Inspector William F .
