Doyle - SP-93-25 <br /> A Petition was filed by Lawrence W. and Hilda E. Doyle of <br /> Wellesley, Massachusetts for an Extension of Special Permit SP-91-24 <br /> filed with the Town Clerk on April 17, 1991 to allow for the <br /> reconstruction of an existing seasonal home under Sections 174-17 <br /> and 174-24 of the Zoning By-laws on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 15 Deans Hollow Road (Map 123, Block 150) <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> i <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> i <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on March 5 and March 12, 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition on March 24, 1993 at <br /> 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> John J. Friel, Michael A. Makunas and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Dan Buckley of Northside Construction represented the applicants <br /> and explained that there had been a delay in reconstruction. No <br /> comments were received from abutters. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on March 24, 1993 to grant an extension of the Special <br /> Permit to April 17, 1994. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the purpose and <br /> intent of the Zoning By-laws and complies with the provisions therein. <br /> The Board determined that the planned expansion would not be a <br /> detriment to the neighborhood. <br />
