Crescenzi for a special Permit SP-93-56 <br /> �:. A Petition was filed by Linda C . Crescenzi of Concord, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 175-17 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a home on a <br /> non-conforming lot in an R-3 zoning district on property <br /> located at 25 Starboard Lane (Map 118 , Block 17 ) Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> :+ circulation in the Town of Mashpee , on June 25 and July 2 , <br /> 1993 , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday', July 14 , 1993 at 7 : 30 P.M. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : Michael A. Makunas , Edward M. <br /> 1 Govoni and Arnold D . Mindick. <br /> i <br /> Attorney Michael D. Ford represented the applicant and <br /> 1l reviewed plans for a year-round home to replace an older <br /> 1 home . He presented photographs of many homes in the area which <br /> ,i were similar in size and design. The Board was informed that <br /> 4 both the Board of Health and Conservation had approved the <br /> plans . It was determined that the proposed lot coverage would <br /> 1 be less than 20% . Comments were received from abutters in <br /> favor and in opposition to the proposed pians . The Petitioner <br /> submitted an as built plan of the pre-existing structure <br /> I certified by an engineer and a plot plan ( foundation plan) of <br /> the proposed structure certified by an engineer . <br /> Ii <br /> 1 <br /> I <br />
