I . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for an existing <br /> ramp and float in Spinnaker Cove in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located at 74 Waterway (Map 105 , <br /> Block 213 )• Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise., a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September <br /> 3 and September 30 , 1993 , a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> J A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 22 , 1993 at <br /> 7 : 30 P .M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> John J. Friel, Michael A. Makunas and Cheryl A. Hawver . <br /> Environmental Consultant Scott Smeyers represented <br /> the applicants and informed the Board that the owner was <br /> applying for an amnesty license for a dock built before <br /> 1978 . The applicant has received approval of the project <br /> from the Conservation Commission. <br /> The Board determined that the structure will not <br /> interfere with free passage of travel by water or land <br /> or cause or contribute to the substantial disruption or <br /> 1. degradation on the marine or coastal environment. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the <br /> general purpose and intent of the zoning by-laws and use <br /> complies with the provisions of the by-law. <br /> 1 <br /> I <br /> l� <br /> 1� <br />
