Dayos for a Special <br /> Permit - SP-93-81 <br /> j A Petition was tiled by Nicholas J. and Lillian P. <br /> Dayos of North Falmouth for a Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-25 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning By-laws for three ( 3) <br /> f proposed 4' x 8 ' dock sections in Mashpee-Wakeby Pond in <br /> an R-5 zoning district on property located at 30 Bakers <br /> Road (Map 20 , Block 5 ) Mashpee. Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> F general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September <br /> 24 and October 1 , 1993, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Rearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> t Mashpee Town Nall on Wednesday, October 13, 1993 at 7 :30 <br /> P.M. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: John J. <br /> F Friel , Michael A. Makunas and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> ` Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicants <br /> and explained that they had received a Special Permit <br /> for an existing dock and wanted to add three sections to <br /> the seasonal dock. The additions have received <br /> Conservation Commission approval. <br /> The Board determined that the structure will not <br /> interfere with free passage of travel by water or land <br /> 1 or cause or contribute to the substantial disruption or <br /> degradation on the marine or coastal environment. <br /> t The Board found that the use is in harmony with the <br /> general purpose and intent of the zoning by-laws and use <br /> ! complies with the provisions of the by-law. <br /> ) <br /> S <br />
