Board of Appeals Dacey Homes -SP-93-84 2 . <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings: <br /> 1 . the setbacks resulting from the proposed addition and <br /> deck exceed minimum zoning and were consistent with <br /> other properties in the neighborhood. <br /> 2 . the plans of the proposed structure, its location on <br /> the lot comply with the general provisions set forth <br /> within the by-laws <br /> 3 . the change shall not be more detrimental to the <br /> neighborhood than the existing nonconforming use. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on October 27 , 1993 to <br /> to grant the Special Permit. The Permit is referenced by <br /> plans of Cape and Islands Surveying dated February 4, <br /> 1986 and revised on September 1 . 1993 . <br /> I <br /> i - <br />
