Goulet for a Special Permit <br /> SP-93-94 <br /> A Petition was filed by Jean Marc & Lydia K. Goulet <br /> of Attleboro, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-25 . 2 .9 of the Zoning By-laws for proposed <br /> stairs , pier, ramp, floats and fender piles to replace <br /> existing pier and floats in Great River in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located at 216 Monomoscoy Road (Map <br /> 114, Block 45A) Mashpee, Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was <br /> given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on October 22 <br /> and October 29 , 1993 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, November 30 , 1993 at <br /> 7 : 30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> • Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> John J. Friel, Michael A. Makunas and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the the <br /> applicants and informed the Board that the owner was <br /> applying for an amnesty license and replacing an <br /> existing structure . Comments were received from the <br /> Shellfish Constable stating that the replacement pier <br /> was an improvement over the existing structure. <br /> Commission. <br /> The Board determined that the structure will not <br /> interfere with free passage of travel by water or land <br /> or cause or contribute to the substantial disruption or <br /> degradation on the marine or coastal environment . <br />
