MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Falmouth OB-GYN Associates Inc. for a Special Permit SP-92-22 <br /> A' Petition was filed by Falmouth OB-GYN Associates Inc. for a <br /> Special Permit under Section 174-25.D.2 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to operate a medical office in an I-1 zoning district on <br /> property located at 133 Falmouth Road (Map 54, Block 3) Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owner of record: Robert E. and Richard L. Terry and Michael A. <br /> Dunning TRS) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on March 6 and March 13, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 25, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael A. Makunas, John J. Friel and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the Applicant and explained <br /> that 1,400 square feet of office space would be leased for traditional <br /> medical offices. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the by-laws and complies with the provisions <br /> therein. <br />
