Krizansky SP-92-23 2. <br /> Attorney Michael Dunning represented the applicants and , <br /> presented plans reflecting changes which had been made during <br /> the construction of the house. He stated that the structure <br /> as built had been approved and modified by the Building <br /> Inspector. Joseph Ferrara, the architect, explained that they <br /> had changed the ridge direction to try to incorporate the <br /> i <br /> chimney in the building. The changes resulted in an increase <br /> of lot coverage from 19 . 6% to 19 . 9% and in height from 34 ' to <br /> 34 ' 11 " . <br /> Letters were received from many residents in favor of <br /> the Petition and one opposed . The public hearing was closed <br /> on April 22, 1992. <br /> The Board of Appeals made the following findings : <br /> 1•. the use is in harmony with the general purpose and <br /> intent of the by-laws <br /> 2 . the use complies with the provisions of the by-laws <br /> and the revised plans reflect the changes made during building <br /> 3 . the extension and ' changes are not substantially more <br /> detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing <br /> non-conforming use. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on May 13, 1992 to grant the Special Permit . <br /> The Permit is referenced by plans of Joseph Ferrara revised <br /> 1/22/92 . <br />
