O'Donnell for a Special Permit SP-92-32 <br /> A Petition was filed by Thomas F. O'Donnel of Hatchville, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E. 1 and <br /> 174-25.G.6 of the. Zoning By-laws for permission to operate a <br /> retail/wholesale grocery business in leased space in a C-2 zoning <br /> district on property located at 10 Echo Road ' (Map 20, Block 25) <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Arthur W. DePaul TR) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the 'Town of Mashpee, <br /> on May 1 and May 8, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part. hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing, was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, May 13, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting, <br /> throughout: John J. Friel, Michael A. makunas and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> Mr. O'Donnell informed the Board that he planned to open a <br /> convenience store and operate a wholesale grocery business and that <br /> there would be no food processing on site. <br /> The Board found that the use is in harmony with the purpose <br /> and intent of the zoning by-laws and complies with the provisions <br /> set forth therein. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on May 13, 1992 to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />
