MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> ABLE Cn" BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Pristine Springs,.Inc. for a Special Permit SP-92-42 <br /> A Petition was filed by Pristine Springs Inc. of West Bridgewater, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.E. 1 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to install vending machines for the sale of spring <br /> water in the building occupied by Hall Oil Co. on property located in a <br /> C-1 zoning district at 538 Falmouth Road (Map 74, Block 16) Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. (Owner of record: Fields Point Ltd. Partnership) . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on May 22 and May 29, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 10, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> John J. Friel, Michael A. Makunas and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> Peter Noonan, Jr. , the owner, informed the Board that he had <br /> several other locations with vending machines for water and proposed <br /> using space in the Hall Oil Co. building. The Board requested that <br /> the applicant present a site plan with designated entrance,and. ., .. <br /> parking. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded on July 15, 1992 the Board <br /> of Appeals voted unanimously to deny the application without <br /> prejudice. <br />
