Reidy (Reidy ) is the owner of a <br /> certain parcel of registered land being Lot 5-B shown on <br /> subdivision plan 11408-V dated August 23 , 1948 , drawn by Bearse & <br /> Kellogg Civil Engineers, which plan is attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> A. <br /> B. Reidy is the owner of a certain parcel of <br /> unregistered land contiguous to Lot 5-B and shown as Lot C on a <br /> plan entitled "Plan of Land - Mashpee, Mass . Scale 1 in = 100 <br /> ft, April 2 , 1962, Whitney & Bassett , Architect Engineers, <br /> Hyannis , Mass. " , a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br /> 2 . Defendant Frederick W. Blythe (Blythe ) is the owner of <br /> Lot 5-E as shown on Exhibit A; and the owner of land shown as Lot <br /> B on Exhibit B. <br /> 3 . John J. Friel , Michael A. Makunas and Edward M. Govoni <br /> are duly appointed members of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the <br /> Town of Mashpee with offices at Mashpee Town Hall . <br />
